Semester 1: Week 12
This week not many features were added to the game as the team was busy with the reorganizing of the project and bring old assets over to the new project. We cleaned everything we wanted in the game up. This allowed us to be more efficient with our workflow and mad wthe project easier to work in. The long term benefits of this will be crucial further into development.
There were some thing added to the project through this week. While tech was working on optimizing the project. This allowed some of the artists to work.
We were able to get a belial "reality switch" animation and a "melee" animation. These to animations were made in blender. Using blender to be able to rig the model and then animate. We also go new enemy movement and turn animations. Adding this to the game gave the enemy more weight and made the enemy feel more threatening when chasing the player.
We made a new car model for the game that would be flying over the head of the player , making the world more populated.
Completed Tasks:
- Reality change refinement
- Enemy spawning furthered to work in waves
